These terms cover booking and visiting Watan Barbershop, 3029 Kingsway, Vancouver BC.
Booking with us means you accept them.
Booking
- Reserve online or walk in. Online booking asks for your name, phone number and
email so the shop can hold and confirm your chair.
- No deposit, no card details - you pay in the shop after your cut (cash and card).
- Children's cuts are booked by a parent or guardian.
Prices and discounts
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and are as shown at booking time.
- A struck-through price is the regular price of that service; you pay the price
shown with it.
- Coupon codes follow whatever was promised with the code (amount, expiry, number
of uses) and are applied when you book.
Cancelling and running late
- Cancelling is free. If you cannot make it, cancel or move your booking from the
link in your confirmation email as early as you can, so someone else can take
the chair.
- Running late? Call the shop and we will hold your chair when we can. At busy
times a chair that sits empty may go to a walk-in.
Your visit
- Tell your barber about skin allergies or conditions before hot-towel, facial or
product services.
- Soft drinks in the shop are complimentary - help yourself while you wait.
